Become Part of a Legacy That Defines Racine Football

The Racine Raiders Alumni Association was founded by legendary player and head coach Bob Milkie with one powerful mission: to unite, honor, and preserve the legacy of Racine football, and the men and women who built it.

From the very beginning, the association was intentionally inclusive. Membership has always been open to anyone who played, coached, or served in a professional or semi-professional football organization in Racine, Wisconsin. That proud history includes the Racine Raiders, Racine Gladiators, Racine Bees, Racine Hornets, Horlick-Racine Legion, and Racine Tornadoes.

Bob Milkie once estimated that more than 2,000 players and coaches alone qualified for membership and that number continues to grow as generations of athletes, coaches, and volunteers leave their mark on the game and the community. Today, the Alumni Association proudly carries that vision forward, welcoming everyone who contributed on or off the field to Racine football’s rich tradition.

In 2002, the Alumni Association partnered with the Racine Raiders to establish the Racine Raiders Hall of Fame, ensuring that the achievements and sacrifices of our alumni are permanently recognized and celebrated. Each season, Alumni Night brings former players and contributors back together, where alumni are honored on the field and new Hall of Fame members are inducted during a halftime ceremony creating unforgettable moments and lifelong connections.
